Q: I am looking to replace just the base of this basketball hoop. I have one I bought at Walmart last year but the base was broken over the winter. The hoop is in great shape - I just need a new base. Is this something you sell?

A: You will need to contact them directly at 1-800-558-5234 for those parts. Unfortunately, last I heard was that their customer service phone calls got shut down due to COVID, but you may be able to contact them here: https://www.spalding.com/customer-service/general-help/contact-us
