Product: Huffy 920312 Basketball Mounting Bracket for Huffy 79564.

This mounting bracket is designed to attach to a 4 inch square pole. No other surface is suitable for this bracket. Please call us concerning any questions about installation.

920312 Basketball Mounting Bracket for Huffy Backboards Features:

Stationary arm
Mounting bracket offsets the backboard from the pole
Adds rigidity to the backboard
Fits Huffy 79465 Basketball Rim And Backboard
Mounts to a 4" square pole
22 overhang

These brackets will work with these backboard models: 79564, 79307, 79349, 79355, 79351, 79354

*920312 Huffy Basketball Mounting Bracket does not include backboard, rim or pole. These brackets are not compatible with aluminum frame goals such as 79608.

Pole needs to be 105 inches out of the ground for the rim to reach 10 Foot.

very solid

Very solid. Nothing like the cheaper thin metal poles you see on most systems. It also isn't a glossy shiny finish. Its nice and thickly painted

No instructions

The packaging was totally inadequate, and had a steel rod poking through the side. No instructions came with the unit....finally figured it out. The original parts package had been previously opened, so we couldn't be sure we had everything needed.

A: I'm sorry, but this only worked (discontinued) on a 4" square pole.

Q: Could I bolt this to a wall instead of a pole? It's a brick wall that I would drill through. I'm trying to find something that will attach to my wall and clear the gutter to get a 10' rim height. Thanks

A: For that you would need another bracket, I recommend the 316 which is one of our best mounting brackets.

Q: Can this extension arm be mounted to a 6" square pole?

A: Unfortunately, it will only work with a 4 in.² pole and not a 6 in.² pole.

A: Unfortunately, this product has been discontinued. I'm sorry for the bad news. The closest bracket that still works with model 79564 are the brackets model 316.

Is there a conversion kit ? There is no way to attach the backboard struts to the backboard
