This particular shed ships in 3 boxes on a pallet. Sometimes the paperwork includes the pallet as its own separate piece. When you sign for the shipment it may include the pallet as a separate line item.

Fast Shipping: Orders for the Duramax 00484 generally leave the warehouse within 2-4 business days.

Accurate Tracking: Tracking information is emailed to you after the order ships out.

Delivery Details: This product ships directly from the warehouse in Montebello, CA. This item generally ships via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer must be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment.

Signing for the Package: When signing for the delivery it is important to note any damage. Damage is extremely rare. The products are packaged to travel both domestically and internationally. However, sometimes the packaging may be slightly damaged, but you may not be sure whether something inside is damaged. In such a case it is a good idea to sign for it and have the driver note it as such. You can still accept delivery. Call or email us with any questions.

Local Pickup Option: This item may be available for local pickup in Montebello, CA. If you are interested in picking it up locally contact our customer service for a super cheap pickup quote at 866-308-5484.

Q: We have a cement foundation, do you have to use the included foundation kit for assembling the shed? This question is because it will be under a deck and on a cement slab so height is a concern. Thank you.

A: If you have a cement foundation then you are set. The foundation kit may still be helpful if you needed raised up off the concrete slightly. But, in most cases if you have a concrete slab customers prefer to use that instead of foundation kit. Feel free to contact us with any other questions.

Q: Does the overall height of 85.5" include the foundation kit? We are putting it under our deck and need to know this info before we purchase

A: The overall height of 85.5 inches does not include the foundation kit. The foundation kit is 1.5" high, that makes the shed height with the foundation kit 87."

A: I do not believe that the foundation kit is included in the height, but is is only about 1.5" tall so it should not change the height much, the height with the foundation kit will be about 128"
