All Spalding Inflated Products (excluding NEVER FLAT and INFUSION) come with a one-year warranty. Spalding guarantees that its products are free from defects in materials and workmanship during normal use for one year from the original retail purchase date. To qualify for warranty service, ensure that the product has been used and cared for according to the accompanying instructions and has not been abused, altered, or misused. If a defect arises during the warranty period, Spalding will replace the defective product with the same or equivalent item. Shipping charges for returning the defective product are the responsibility of the customer, while Spalding covers shipping charges for sending any replacement product.

Spalding NEVERFLAT products are warranted for one year from the original retail purchase date. Similar to Spalding's Inflated Products Warranty, this coverage extends to defects in materials and workmanship under normal use. Warranty claims follow the same process outlined for Inflated Products.

Spalding's INFUSION Products are also covered by a one-year warranty against defects in materials and workmanship, provided they are used and cared for properly. The warranty process mirrors that of Spalding's Inflated Products and NEVER FLAT Products.

- Glass Backboard (In Ground): Limited Lifetime
- Poles, Bases, Rims (and accompanying hardware): 1 year
- Electronic & Electronic Components: 90 days

These warranties cover personal use only and do not extend to commercial use. Damage caused by acts of nature, abuse, or lack of proper care is not covered.
