Buying a full-sized air hockey table is a big investment. The shipping process is set up to ensure your table arrives safely and you know exactly what to do when it gets there.
While the table is listed at 318 lbs, it is packed for homeowner assembly with individual components. Most customers find it easiest to unpack the shipment near the delivery area and move the table sections, legs, LED strikers, light-up puck, and accessories into the house one at a time. This helps make setup easier without moving the full packaged weight at once!
Delivery Details: This product ships directly from the factory in Evansville, IN via FedEx. Tracking information will be emailed as soon as the order ships. This item may not require a signature upon delivery.Signing for the Package: When signing for the delivery it is important to note any damage. Damage is extremely rare. We package these to travel both domestically and internationally. However, sometimes the packaging may be slightly damaged, but you may not be sure whether something inside is damaged. In such a case it is a good idea to sign for it and have the driver note it as such. You can still accept delivery. Call or email us with any questions.
