This 20' Avalon includes 10.10 oz. fire- and water-repellent cotton canvas, a 16 oz. heavy-duty polyvinyl floor, twelve windows, an electrical cable outlet, and a pre-installed stove jack. The two cartons weigh approximately 152 lbs. combined, so arrange help when moving them. Before your first trip, inspect every component, season the canvas according to the instructions, and allow the tent to dry completely before storage. Use a proper heat-resistant mat beneath any wood stove. The optional fly sheet is included only when selected with the order.
