Who am I buying from? Competitive Edge Products, Inc. has been around since 2001 and has an A+ Better Business Bureau rating.  Located in Layton, Utah we are a family-owned business whose success has come by putting the customer first.  We sell Kodiak canvas tents, basketball equipment, tables, chairs, accessories and exercise equipment. We are an authorized reseller of Lifetime Products: basketball systems, picnic tables, garden equipment, exercise equipment, and office equipment. What is your Shipping Policy? Most items have free shipping.  We do not have free shipping to Alaska and Hawaii.  We do ship many items to Alaska and Hawaii, however.  To determine the freight please add the item to your cart and type in your zip code for more details.  Items shipped out of the United States may receive brokerage fees or taxes from your local government.  These fees are not from Competitive Edge Products, Inc so check with your government before purchasing.  We do not ship to APO or PO BOX addresses. Items are shipped after payment is received unless item is marked as backordered. LTL Freight shipments are curbside delivery with extra services available such as inside delivery.  Purchase multiple items at the same time to save on shipping charges. Continental US Purchases of $1500 or more get free shipping on the entire order during checkout. For any clarification please feel free to contact us by phone or email.


What are your expected shipment and delivery times at Competitive Edge Products, Inc? Do you have any expedited shipping options? Customer should inform Competitive Edge Products, Inc within 3 business days of purchase date if tracking number has not been received. Also inform Competitive Edge Products if package not received within 7-14 days. By so doing, Competitive Edge Products will be able to service the customer's order quickly and ensure prompt delivery of the order. While Competitive Edge Products, Inc can offer expedited shipping for most orders, the customer must request an expedited freight quote from a Competitive Edge representative to upgrade the shipment to a quicker delivery time. Competitive Edge Products, Inc is not responsible for expected delivery dates that have not been communicated and verified through a Competitive Edge Products, Inc representative. To get an expedited quote, the customer must simply call or email Competitive Edge Products, Inc's representatives with the model number(s) and date by which he or she wants the order delivered. Representatives will promptly get an expedited quote for the purchase and either email or call the customer back. Once payment has been processed for the order and expedited shipping costs, the order will be processed with a guaranteed delivery time as per the customer's request.

Do you ship internationally? We can ship internationally, but shipping is very expensive. If you have a shipping company that will pick the item up we can work something out. Email us for a quote.  Items shipped out of the United States may receive brokerage fees or taxes from your local government.  These fees are not from Competitive Edge Products, Inc so check with your government before purchasing.


What payment methods do you accept and do you collect sales tax? We accept Visa, MasterCard, Discover, American Express, PayPal, Cash, Checks and Money Orders.  When sending payment via a check, please write it for the exact amount quoted and send a copy of the quote.  Contact us if you find any billing discrepancies or have any billing inquiries. Sales tax may be applied based on your shipping address; if it is not applied you may have an obligation to remit use tax or similar tax.


Canceling Orders Orders must be canceled within 12 hours of ordering. We cannot guarantee the cancellation of orders after 24 hours as many of our products ship out within that time period.

What is your Return Policy? If item is damaged when received, notify us and we will replace the damaged part/item free of charge. Please check your order for damage before the carrier leaves your home. Some items have a 30-day money back guarantee where the item is picked up at our expense.  Customer must notify us within 30 days of delivery and must have the original packaging. Items that have a 30-day money back guarantee say so on the product listing to make it obvious. All other items are subject to our standard return policy below.
If you choose to return the item for any other reason (buyer's remorse), you will need to pay for the return shipping, a 20% restocking fee will be charged, and the shipping company won't refund the original shipping.  This also applies to items listed as free shipping (that we pay the shipping on - the actual shipping we paid will be deducted from the return amount). The return must be done within 30 days of original purchase.  Items must arrive in resalable condition in the original packaging. Items that do not meet these requirement may be refused. We will refund the remaining payment once item is received.  The return address is different by product so you will need to contact us for the address or call tag.
