Customer service is second to none

The quality of this tent is top of the line and White Duck customer service is second to none. We wanted this tent for the feast of Sukkot and general camping for a couple years and we are so thankful to finally have it. Top quality material.

Just put the tent up yesterday. Top quality material. It’s a bit heavy, but that = quality. thick fabric, poles, stakes, zippers.. etc. everything comes in waterproof bags. Looks amazing! Kids are so excited. Plan on keeping it up well into the fall.. perhaps longer if/when we pick up a stove. Also... customer service is exceptional! Originally Posted on White Duck Outdoors

If you are looking for a good heavy tent, this is your place!

We ordered our tent from White Duck and it came so fast I was amazed! This tent is so well made I was taken aback, with so many shoddy products these days! You will definitely not be disappointed. Be ready for a heavy tent and heavy poles. It will stand up to almost anything I'm sure!! I made a mistake in my order and the customer service is outstanding.
