Our Brandon storage shed kit will be the perfect addition to any backyard. The Brandon can comfortably store all your tools and gardening supplies. With it's 5'-4? wide and 6' high doors you can easily store a riding mower or four-wheeler. Doors can be placed off-set left or right or centered during construction. Available in 12×12, 12×16 and 12×20 sizes you can choose the size that fits your needs. Add optional windows to this shed kit for light and ventilation.

Shipping

Please note that these shipments are too large for FedEx and ups and require freight delivery on a semi-truck. The freight company will call you to set up a delivery. Someone will need to be home to sign for it. The freight company will unload it for you curbside.

Siding

The siding is treated with compositor and prevents fungal decay and insect damage. The siding is manufactured with wood strands that are pressed into a resin saturated substrate making it superior to plywood.

Trusses

Pre-cut Trusses and components for fast and accurate assembly. Our trusses are engineered to handle severe snow loads of 40 psf and 150 mph wind using hurricane truss hangers.

Hardware

The Best Barn wood shed kit components fit easily into place with no special tools or skills required. All required hardware is included. Roof edge and shingles are provided by the owner as most customer’s want to purchase that locally to match their home.

Floor

Optional Floor: If you have an already existing level foundation, cement slab, blacktop or gravel base, the floor kit is still recommended as you do not want your siding and walls touching the ground where they can soak up water. If you don’t purchase the floor, you’ll need some sort of wooden base or material to raise the shed off the direct ground. Includes 2x4's and 5/8 OSB board on top of 4x4 treated runners which gives support for the floor joists and allows you to se the foundation directly on grass. All nails are included. The floor does require cutting and assembly and floor sheathing is not treated.

Windows

Optional Windows: Single hung aluminum 18x27 windows provide light and ventilation. The lockable frames are durable and easy to operate. Screens limit insects, birds, leaves, etc. Window includes raised panel vinyl shutters ready to paint.

Quality Shed

This is a quality product that has a great finished look. Instructions are fairly straightforward but must be read carefully. Very little cutting is required. My only complaints are that the nail supply seemed overly abundant on a little needed type and ran very short on a nail that was needed a great deal. The hardware kit was also very short on a required woodscrew.

Easy to Follow

I recently purchased The Brandon 12 x 16 shed (this is a pre-cut kit) The instructions are very easy to follow. The support is excellent. Dollar value! Couldn't purchase the quality material in this kit locally, have it delivered, lay it out, cut it and assemble it. For what it cost, Reynolds Building Systems turned a hard project into a very pleasurable experience.

Orders for the Best Barn Kits Brandon1212 generally leave the warehouse within 2-4 weeks.

Accurate Tracking: Tracking information is emailed to you after the order ships out.

Delivery Details: This product ships directly from the warehouse in Greenville, PA. This item generally ships via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer must be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment.

Signing for the Package: When signing for the delivery it is important to note any damage. Damage is extremely rare. The products are packaged to travel both domestically and internationally. However, sometimes the packaging may be slightly damaged, but you may not be sure whether something inside is damaged. In such a case it is a good idea to sign for it and have the driver note it as such. You can still accept delivery. Call or email us with any questions.

Local Pickup Option: This item may be available for local pickup in Greenville, PA. If you are interested in picking it up locally contact our customer service for a super cheap pickup quote at 866-308-5484.

This product has 30-day returns: Simply hang on to the original packaging and contact us within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with this product. A: Great question. We are located in Utah, but the ship out of the Pennsylvania warehouse. We do not do assembly. Most customers assemble these items themselves (and the owner's manual is available if you'd like to take a look at it). If you do hire out assembly, we recommend finding a local handyman through mobile apps like: Takl, Angieslist, thumbtack and Homeadvisor We have also found that customers are far more successful at getting more competitive local assembly/installation rates if you join a local facebook classifieds group and create a post like, "Looking for a licensed and insured handyman to assembe my ......." You are likely to get several competitive bids eliminating the middle man.

A: Assembly time depends on how many people you have to help and whether you need to build the base or put it on a concrete slab. Generally you can knock this out in a weekend if you have several people to help.
