My Favorite Tent

Purchased the 10x10 VLX bundle this year having purchased the 10x14 Deluxe a few years back. Having owned several tents, I got tired of the big box large tents not being able to stand the high winds of the desert and beach winds, and their overall durability. I followed my brothers advice and picked one of these up. These tents are durable, withstand high winds, are spacious and easy to set up. We’ve slept my family of six fairly comfortably but I had been wanted to upgrade to the VLX to allow for more airflow, something I had wished I had done on the first tent. The vestibule is a nice addition for gear storage overnight that I did not want out in the open, and the top cap and floor cloth were surprisingly nice to have as well. I highly recommend this setup, absolutely met my expectation, just makes me happy every time I’m able to take it out. The Sales Team helped answer questions I had as well, they responded quickly and were able to assist me in getting everything I wanted.

Awesome-sauce

I love my Kodiak tent! It is super easy to set up and take down, and it is durable enough to handle the wacky places I go camping. I got the 10x10 and it is enough for my needs, but the 10x14 really calls to me. Might be my upgrade model.

Love this tent

We used this tent for a wilderness trek and it was amazing. So easy and fast to put up. Tall enough for us to stand upright and held up during the worst rain and windstorm we've been in. Kept us dry. Review Source: Manufacturer

Q: Hi. The place where I camp is tight on land allocation. I have the 10 x 10 flex bow, but I need to know what the dimensions will be if I use the vestibule. Once the front porch is popped open, that projects out quite a bit from the 10 x 10 flexible and then I have to add on the vestibule as well. Do you know what the measurements would be then?

A: The 10x10 Flex-Bow tent body is 10 ft x 10 ft. The wing vestibule adds approximately 2.5 ft of depth and is about 9 ft wide, so you should plan on roughly 10 ft wide x 12.5 ft deep for the tent plus vestibule. We would recommend allowing extra room beyond that for stakes and guy lines, since the exact footprint can vary depending on how it is set up.
