After researching what would best suit my needs, I settled on the Crafted Colossal 32 x 16 building. I decided however that I wanted the barn doors on the side, not in the front, and that I’d rather have a regular mandoor in the front. The customization was simple. This is a huge benefit when purchasing a Best Barns DIY kit-extreme flexibility and customization. I work in I.T. and generally tell folks that a product is only as good as the support you receive. Shipping Your Best Barns Crafted Colossal Wood Building Kit: What to Expect

Here's what to expect once your selected Best Barns Crafted Colossal size and configuration ships directly from Greenville, Pennsylvania.

Shipping Timeframe Crafted Colossal kits are built to order and generally leave the warehouse within 3–5 business days. Processing may take longer during peak season.

Tracking Information Tracking information is emailed after the order ships. The freight carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery appointment.

LTL Freight Delivery This exceptionally large wood building kit ships by curbside LTL freight because it is too large for standard UPS or FedEx parcel service. Depending on the selected size, door style, roof package, and add-ons, the order may arrive in multiple large bundles or pallets. An adult must be present to accept and sign for the shipment.

Delivery Appointment and Inspection Delivery is made to an accessible curbside location. Inspect every pallet, bundle, carton, window, door, and visible building component before signing. Note any torn wrapping, broken lumber, cracked windows, missing pieces, or other visible damage on the delivery receipt, even if you accept the shipment.

Pro-Tip for Large Wood Building Delivery:

Prepare a level, truck-accessible unloading area and arrange several capable helpers or suitable equipment to move the materials after delivery. Crafted Colossal configurations are available in 16' x 28' and 16' x 32' sizes with either a man-door or transom-door layout. Each includes a full second-story loft, staircase, 20' dormer, insulated windows, solid 2x4 framing, and primed LP SmartSide siding. Roof packages and additional doors may vary by selection. On-site assembly is required, and local building permits, zoning rules, and HOA approval should be confirmed before ordering.

This product has 30-day returns: Simply hang on to the original packaging and contact us within 30 days of receipt if you are not satisfied with this product. We are that confident you will love this product! If something is damaged or defective we will get it replaced at no cost. Our wooden storage shed items have an extremely low return rate.
