The Duramax 30932 is a modular 13 ft. x 10 ft. insulated building with coil-coated galvanized inner and outer walls, fire-retardant polyurethane insulation, one window kit, a secured door with deadbolt lock, a gable-style roof, and an included galvanized metal foundation. The pre-cut, drilled, and numbered components arrive unassembled in large wood crates for on-site installation.
Prepare a firm, flat, completely level installation area before delivery and arrange for at least two capable adults or suitable material-handling equipment to move the crates from the curb. The included galvanized foundation allows installation on many level surfaces without requiring a concrete slab, but site preparation, anchoring, drainage, permits, utilities, and the finished floor surface remain the customer’s responsibility. Confirm the full 13 ft. x 10 ft. footprint, door and window placement, roof clearance, and any future extension plans before assembly. Keep all crates, wrapping, bands, and packing materials until every insulated panel and structural component has been inspected and the building has been fully assembled.

Returning these large ticket items can be expensive as they are too big for UPS and ship through a motor freight carrier.
