Arrives on one box and includes the foundation kit in the same box. Box may say "optional foundation kit available" even though the kit is already included. Sorry for the confusion. The packaging is being redone due to this error on the box. The foundation kit is included in the same box. The foundation kit is not a floor. There are two options for a floor (both provided by the customer). The most popular option and the cheapest is using plywood. The foundation kit is a frame that raises the shed off the ground slightly and makes assembly easy. If you plan on using would you will simply need 2 sheets of exterior grade plywood measuring 46" x 61".

The second option is filling up the slots in the foundation with concrete - the final product for the floor being a concrete floor. This is the most sturdy and permanent option. The instruction manual gives detailed directions on how to do this. If you have any questions or need clarification please call.

Anyone Can

As a 56yr old female, it took me 7 hrs on a Saturday by myself to build this unit. The instructions were easy to follow. I did take my time and it came out great. Happy with my choice.

Easy To Build

I bought this a couple of months ago, and it has worked great so far. It took my wife and I a couple hours to assemble, and then another half hour to cut plywood for the floor. We are planning on adding an additional chain or some other form of lock for the door. The current lock attaches to the door handles, which are OK, but someone who really wanted into the shed wouldn't have too much problem. Not an issue for most of the stuff we are storing, but could be if we lived in a higher-crime area. Overall the shed looks nice and has been watertight.

This particular shed ships in 1 box on a pallet. Sometimes the paperwork includes the pallet as its own separate piece. When you sign for the shipment it may include the pallet as a separate line item.

Delivery Details: This product ships directly from the factory in Montebello, California. Delivery of this product is via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer must be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment.
Signing for the Package: When signing for the delivery it is important to note any damage. Damage is extremely rare. We package these to travel both domestically and internationally. However, sometimes the packaging may be slightly damaged, but you may not be sure whether something inside is damaged. In such a case it is a good idea to sign for it and have the driver note it as such. You can still accept delivery. Call or email us with any questions.

A: Sometimes customers use the foundation Even with a concrete slab, but it is not required. For most customers they prefer the concrete be their floor.

A: We have the 00184 which uses an Ivory color for the doors and shed. Most of our Duramax Sheds will be this color. The Dimensions are 94.2" Wide x 63.1" Long x 73" High.?

A: No, it comes with a foundation kit which allows you to but it directly on flat ground without the need for a concrete slab. You will still need plywood or something to use as a floor.

A: Since the shed usually ships the next business day, then it would usually ship the following week day. This will ship from the California warehouse, so it will probably take about 1-4 days in shipping. The shipping company will call you to schedule a delivery appointment. The 2 free shelves are 12” by 36”.

A: This shed is 8’ 1” Wide (the door side) x 5’ 6” Deep, by 7’ 3” Tall. There is also 2 technical diagrams (images 13 an 14) which will show you these and other dimensions if you scroll to the last group of images. This is the only color available. This shed does not include a floor. The Foundation kit is a base that raises the shed off of the ground and gives it stability along with the ability to drain.
