These buildings are ideal for all weather conditions and can be used for various purposes, such as additional living space, emergency shelter, office, hobby room, secure storage space, tool room, or an equipment enclosure. Each building is modularly designed expansion and a true DIY installation in mind.

This insulated building includes a single window kit and a foundation. The foundation is made of galvanized metal and provides a base for installing the building on almost any flat surface.

The insulated building are shipped on two crates with simple, clean and safe assembly. All parts are pre-cut, drilled and numbered for ease of assembly.

Shipping Your Duramax 13x10 Insulated Building: What to Expect

The Duramax 30832 is a modular 13 ft. x 10 ft. insulated steel building with pre-painted galvanized inner and outer walls, fire-retardant polyurethane insulation, one window kit, a secure door, dual ventilation, a gutter and downspout system, and an included galvanized metal foundation. The pre-cut, drilled, and numbered components arrive unassembled in large wood crates for on-site installation.

Shipping Timeframe In-stock orders generally leave the Montebello, California factory on the next business day. Standard delivery typically takes 5–10 business days, depending on the destination, freight-carrier schedule, and delivery appointment availability.

Tracking Information Tracking information is automatically emailed after the order ships. The freight carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange an appointment. If separate tracking numbers or crate numbers are provided, monitor each shipment.

Curbside Freight Delivery This insulated building ships in large crates through an LTL freight carrier because it is too large for standard UPS or FedEx parcel service. Delivery is curbside, and an adult must be present to inspect and sign for the shipment. The driver is not responsible for moving the crates up a driveway, into a garage, or to the installation site.

Delivery and Inspection Inspect every crate before signing. Check for broken boards, punctures, crushed areas, torn wrapping, loose bands, exposed panels, bent steel, or visible water damage. Note all visible or suspected damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. Before assembly, inventory the insulated wall and roof panels, foundation pieces, door components, window kit, ventilation parts, gutter, downspout, fasteners, locks, and numbered framing components.

Pro-Tip for Insulated Building Delivery:

Prepare a firm, flat, completely level installation area before delivery and arrange for several capable adults or suitable equipment to move the crates from the curb. The included galvanized foundation allows installation on many level surfaces, but site preparation, anchoring, drainage, permits, utilities, and the finished floor surface remain the customer’s responsibility. Confirm the door and window placement before assembly because the modular panels allow multiple configurations. Keep all crates, wrapping, bands, and packing materials until every insulated panel and structural component has been inspected and the building has been fully assembled.

* Before assembly please do a full inventory opening each box to ensure everything is intact. If anything is damaged, defective, or missing please report it immediately and do not assemble until all parts are intact.
