Please note that these shipments are too large for FedEx and ups and require freight delivery on a semi-truck. The freight company will call you to set up a delivery. Someone will need to be home to sign for it. The freight company will unload it for you curbside. Though parts are rarely missing or defective it is suggested to do a complete inventory before hiring out assembly. The 12x26 is sent on one pallet. There is a large crate with all the 12x20 material and one box, placed on top of the crate, that is the 6' extension kit. Approximately 1200 lbs.

The Duramax Imperial 12 ft. x 26 ft. metal garage provides approximately 2,200 cubic feet of storage space and includes galvanized steel framing, reinforced wall and roof panels, a 99"-wide roll-up vehicle door, a lockable side entry door, a 6-foot extension section, and the necessary assembly hardware. The selected model 55151 features gray panels with white trim. The complete shipment weighs approximately 1,200 lbs. and arrives in four boxes on one pallet.
Complete the foundation before delivery and arrange for several capable adults or suitable material-handling equipment to move the approximately 1,200 lb. shipment from the curb. This garage does not include a floor and is intended to be installed on a flat, level concrete slab or another approved solid surface. Confirm the exact 138" x 309" exterior footprint, roll-up door clearance, side-door placement, drainage, anchoring requirements, and local permit rules before construction. Perform a complete parts inventory before hiring an installer, and keep the pallet, boxes, bands, and packing materials until the garage has been fully inspected and assembled.

Returning these large ticket items can be expensive as they are too big for UPS and ship through a motor freight carrier.
