If the customer does not want to use the provided foundation kit, they can lay all the base channels down that hold up the walls. They would need to anchor each channel to the cement with anchor screws or bolts. These channels do not connect to each other so they need to be anchored down so they don't move. There are pre drilled holes on these channels that you would normally use to screw to the foundation, but you would now use them for the anchor screws or bolts.
Once the base channels are square, level, and are anchored down the customer can proceed with putting up the walls and columns and then the rest of the shed. The customer would want to also caulk/silicon the seam where the channels meet the cement along the inside and outside to prevent water from leaking in under the channels.
The 04212 extension kit is not compatible with this shed.
The Duramax 40224 Woodbridge Plus is a large vinyl storage shed with wide double doors, one shatter-resistant window, snap-fit wall panels, reinforced metal framing, and an included foundation kit. The shed ships in one carton on a pallet. Customer-supplied plywood, concrete, or another approved finished floor surface is required.
Prepare a firm, completely level wood or concrete base before delivery and arrange for at least two adults to unload and assemble the shed. The included metal foundation kit does not include plywood or the finished floor surface. If the foundation kit is not used on an existing concrete slab, the base channels must be individually squared, anchored, and sealed according to the manufacturer guidance shown on the page. Lay out every numbered part before starting, follow the manual closely, and keep the pallet, carton, and packing materials until the shed has been fully inspected and assembled.
* Before assembly please do a full inventory opening each box to ensure everything is intact. If anything is damaged, defective, or missing please report it immediately and do not assemble until all parts are intact.

Returning these large ticket items can be expensive as they are too big for UPS and ship through a motor freight carrier.
