Buying a full-sized shuffleboard table is a big investment. The shipping process is set up to ensure your table arrives safely and you know exactly what to do when it gets there.
While the table weighs 220 lbs, the shipment may arrive in two large boxes because of the long shuffleboard playfield and cabinet components. Most customers find it easiest to open the shipment at the curb and move the individual pieces, including the hardwood butcher block playfield, cabinet sections, pedestal-style legs, storage cabinets, climate adjusters, and hardware, into the house one at a time. This helps make setup easier without moving the full packaged shipment at once!
Delivery Details: This product ships directly from the factory in Evansville, IN via an LTL carrier for curbside delivery. The customer must be present to sign for the delivery. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment. The customer is then responsible for moving the product where they need it on the property.Signing for the Package: When signing for the delivery it is important to note any damage. Damage is extremely rare. We package these to travel both domestically and internationally. However, sometimes the packaging may be slightly damaged, but you may not be sure whether something inside is damaged. In such a case it is a good idea to sign for it and have the driver note it as such. You can still accept delivery. Call or email us with any questions.
