Well Constructed

I returned another brand for being cheaply made. I ordered this Lifetime and am glad I did. They have been around since I was a kid. Well made and four inches larger than the other one. I am very pleased with my choice. I wish it was my first one. Lesson learned.

Well-Built

Seems very sturdy and well-built. Got th 1e goal assembled but it wasn't too eas y. Don't expect to be able to assemble by yourself or without the proper tools. At minimum you will need to have 2 decent sized crescent wrenches on hand. If you aren't pretty handy Ifind someone who is to lend a hand.

The Goal Is Awesome And So Is The Customer Service And The Rep

I just want to say that my son loves this goal and uses it daily. I am impressed with the ease of installation and overall quality of the goal set up. I needed a part that had an issue and my customer service representative in chat was awesome. Hunter was able to walk me through finding the right part number for my need and within minutes was able to successfully replace with an order. I am very impressed not only with the Lifetime basketball goal but the geniune concern and helpfulness of the service rep and how quickly and easily this was resolved. Great Customer Service

We’ve had our basketball hoop over three years. After a move and being outside in two totally different climates the arms rusted a little and we lost a piece. We called and had the parts within the week!

Exceptional Customer Service

I was within a few months of my warranty expiring and the sales rep. Mr. McKay went to bat for me getting everything that I needed replaced including the backboard at no charge as a goodwill effort. I highly recommend lifetime products you won’t be disappointed when it comes to customer service and quality. .

Thank You For The Customer Service And Quality Product!

Our hoop blew over in a big storm and had several parts damaged. It had weathered many storms but this was a big one. We determined what replacement parts were needed and ordered them from Lifetime. The agents sent them for free even though I was fully prepared to pay for parts and shipping. We had to get two different shipments as I had ordered the wrong part at first. We sincerely appreciate Lifetime voluntarily shipping the parts. Our kids use the hoop daily and we are thankful to everyone for getting it back up and running.

Fast Shipping: Orders for the Lifetime items generally leave the warehouse the next business day, but can take longer depending on current demand. Contact us to check current shipping and handling timeframes.
Accurate Tracking: Tracking information is automatically emailed to you just as soon as the order ships out.
Delivery Details: This product ships directly from Lifetime Products in Clearfield, UT. Delivery of this product is via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer may be required to be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment. The carrier will unload the product by means of a lift gate. In some cases items may be too large to fit on the lift gate and may require assistance from the customer helping unload box-by-box (takes only a few minutes).
Signing for the Package: When signing for the delivery it is important to note any damage. Damage is extremely rare. We package these to travel both domestically and internationally. However, sometimes the packaging may be slightly damaged, but you may not be sure whether something inside is damaged. In such a case it is a good idea to sign for it and have the driver note it as such. You can still accept delivery. Call or email us with any questions.
