My Second Lifetime Shed

My first lifetime shed was a 5 x 8 and it lasted 20 years and then I gave it away to someone else because I needed more room. just put this one up and the quality of it seems really good.

Replacement For A Rotted Wood Shed

Felt like a kid again like working with an erector set. Instruction booklet along with YouTube video absolutely essential. No issues what so ever if you pay attention to detail particularly that shed be constructed on a totally level platform. Only needed a second person to put the roof on because the walls had to be pushed in to make the struts reach.

Third Shed~~

Now This Is Customer Service!

We are in Ft Myers and our Lifetime Shed made it through winds over 150 mph Hurricane Ian with just parts of the skylight broken off when I called Customer Service they mailed the new skylights to us with no charge! And we got disconnected during the call and the Rep called me right back!!!!

Great Looking Shed!

I ordered this shed and had it well within the estimated time for shipping as it was an instock item! My father and I were able to put it together with little complications although it is labor intensive!! We took 30 minutes to remove all items and account for them. With no breaks it took a solid 6 hours plus some finishing touches. Ultimately I think 2 people are sufficient for assembly but a 3rd wouldn’t hurt! We installed this on concrete and 2 ladders are highly recommended!

Here's what to expect once your Lifetime 60202 8 x 10 Ft. Outdoor Storage Shed ships directly from Lifetime Products in Clearfield, Utah.

Shipping Timeframe Orders for Lifetime sheds generally leave the warehouse the next business day, but handling time can vary depending on current demand. Contact us if you need the current shipping timeframe before ordering.

Tracking Information Tracking information is automatically emailed as soon as the order ships so you can follow the shipment while it is in transit.

LTL Freight Delivery This shed is too large for UPS or FedEx and ships by LTL freight with curbside delivery. The carrier will unload the shipment using a lift gate when possible.

Delivery Appointment and Inspection The freight carrier should contact you before delivery to schedule an appointment. A signature may be required. Please inspect the packaging before signing and note any visible damage with the driver.

This shed ships on a pallet with an overall shipping size listed at 96" x 27.875" x 32" and a shipping weight of about 543 lbs. Q: Can you adjust the doors, they really hit in the middle can’t close the doors at all .

A: Use a level to check if the shed foundation is flat and square. If one corner or side has settled, the doors may misalign. ?? Fix: Shim the low side or re-level the base if necessary.

A: Although the lifetime sheds include a floor, the manufacturer recommends placing the shed on a flat structure such as a wooden foundation made of treated 2x4's and OSB board that you can pick up from your local home improvement store. The instructions (available to view online) show just how to build it and what materials are needed. The other recommendation is a concrete slab. The concrete slab is more pricey to erect. It is very important to make sure it is flat and drains well. If it isn't flat you may run into issues with your doors closing properly. Feel free to contact us with any other questions.

A: We don't provide installation on any of our items. Most customers assemble these items themselves (and the owner's manual is available if you'd like to take a look at it). If you do hire out assembly, we recommend using the app/website called Thumbtack. It connects you with local installers. You type in what you're looking for an it will give you a price. We are not affiliated with them, but I personally used have used it and highly recommend it based off of customer's feedback. A: The plastic sheds are the easiest to build. They are much easier than wooden sheds. The instruction manual is designed for the homeowner to build. People do occasionally hire it out, but most customers assemble these themselves. The instructions are done very well.
