Now This Is Customer Service!

We are in Ft Myers and our Lifetime Shed made it through winds over 150 mph Hurricane Ian with just parts of the skylight broken off when I called Customer Service they mailed the new skylights to us with no charge! And we got disconnected during the call and the Rep called me right back!!!!

End Result 3 Years Later

I purchased this shed on my wife’s suggestion. Being in the construction business for 36 years I had my doubts. After it was all said and done couldn’t be happier.

Great Product, Directions And Videos Need Updating

Took 8-9 hours to setup and complete with two people. Some of the instructions are confusing. Tried following Lifetime’s video but found out that was outdated and didn’t match up with current product. New sheds have the full length skylight but directions were confusing and video didn’t address at all.

Almost Perfect

Looks like a high quality shed I hope so. Too bad the factory was out of 1 of the light gray panels & substituted a dark gray panel with a totally different texture.

Hard To Assemble

Just assembled 8x 7. 5 and was the worst directions. Anyone that says you can assemble this in 8 hrs must be Superman. Definitely need some work on quality control because holes did not Line up to screw in. Took us about 18 hours. Won’t buy another. After finally assembling the look is fine. Very frustrated. purchased at Sams.

Accurate Tracking: Tracking information is automatically emailed to you just as soon as the order ships out.
Delivery Details: This product ships directly from Lifetime Products in Clearfield, UT. Delivery of this product is via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer may be required to be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment. The carrier will unload the product by means of a lift gate. In some cases items may be too large to fit on the lift gate and may require assistance from the customer helping unload box-by-box (takes only a few minutes).
Signing for the Package: When signing for the delivery it is important to note any damage. Damage is extremely rare. We package these to travel both domestically and internationally. However, sometimes the packaging may be slightly damaged, but you may not be sure whether something inside is damaged. In such a case it is a good idea to sign for it and have the driver note it as such. You can still accept delivery. Call or email us with any questions.

A: The plastic sheds are the easiest to build. They are much easier than wooden sheds. The instruction manual is designed for the homeowner to build. People do occasionally hire it out, but most customers assemble these themselves. The instructions are done very well.
