Excellent Customer Service

My family just moved into a new house and we were very excited about having the in-ground basketball hoop, and a high quality one such as Lifetime. When we were all moved in and I went to go play for the first time, I noticed that the height handle was damaged. I found the warranty and manual information left from the previous owners and contacted customer service. Even though the warranty was expired, they were still willing to work with me and ended up sending all of the necessary replacement parts free of charge. Sturdy And Smooth

I purchased this hoop two years ago. My family loves to play dunk ball. We have played thousands of games on our hoop over the past two years and this hoop has been incredible. It's sturdy, can take a lot of dunking, hanging, swinging, etc. (and I weigh 215 pounds) without any bending of the rim. It looks as good and works as good as the day we purchased it. The other feature I have really appreciated it the ease in which you can lower and raise the hoop. My young children can adjust the height without any problem. I strongly recommend this hoop! Has Lasted 5 Years With Little Maintenance!

Great product. We installed this in a newly poured cement pad on the side of our house when we built in 2011. It has been an excellent product. The only caution is making sure you leave enough room to bolt the bottom section into the sleeve. Also, the pad for the pole finally wore out after 5 long winters and summers (the straps basically disintegrated). Other than that, this has been a great product and stood up to A LOT of use by teenagers who are not typically gentle with these things.

Great Product. Amazing Customer Service.

The kids have loved this basketball net since the moment the concrete set. Four years later, the backboard is still in great shape and the height adjustment works as good as it did on day one. One of the net hooks on the rim did break off and Lifetime honored it's warranty, sending out a replacement hoop with out making jump through one. Great Product And Great Price!

We got this to put in our driveway. Installation was easy- we also purchased the sleeve that you cement in the ground- and the hoop works great. Easy to adjust the height and very sturdy- it withstands the Farmington winds! We love it.

Fast Shipping: Orders for the Lifetime Basketball Systems generally leave the warehouse the next business day, but can take longer depending on current demand. Contact us to check current shipping timeframes.
Accurate Tracking: Tracking information is emailed to you after the order ships out.
Delivery Details: This product ships directly from the warehouse in Clearfield, UT. This item generally ships via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer must be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment. The customer can either contact the freight company themselves once they have the tracking number, or they can wait for the freight company to contact them to schedule the appointment. Ltl freight carriers will frequently have some flexibility with scheduling delivery once the product at the delivery terminal within 7 days (not business days) of the item arriving at the terminal. The terminal can hold on to the item longer than that as well, but they will begin charging storage fees to the customer after 7 days of the product sitting at the delivery terminal.
Signing for the Package: When signing for the delivery it is important to note any damage. Damage is extremely rare. The products are packaged to travel both domestically and internationally. However, sometimes the packaging may be slightly damaged, but you may not be sure whether something inside is damaged. A: This mounts into the ground using bolts. You pour the concrete around the bolts. The instruction manual link will show you the details.

Q: Is there a metal plate with threaded bolts to put into concrete?

A: Anchoring a Lifetime Shed is the last step in the instruction manual. Around the perimeter of the floor are places where you can optionally place anchors for a concrete slab or wooden base.
For a concrete platform, we recommend using a hammer drill, 5/16" (8 mm) masonry bit, for concrete screws measuring 3/8" x 2" (10 mm x 5 cm) and Fender washers to go with those screws measuring 3/8" x 1" (10 mm x 2,5 cm) Fender Washers. Do not exceed a 3/8” diameter screw. Refer to your local hardware store for this hardware.
For a wood-framed platform, we recommend using a drill, 5/16" (8 mm) drill bit, Lag Screws measuring 3/8" x 1 1/2" (10 mm x 4 cm) along with Fender Washers that are 3/8" x 1" (10 mm x 2,5 cm). Do not exceed a 3/8" diameter screw. Refer to your local hardware store for this hardware

A: This system is mounted into concrete. There is an optional ground sleeve that you can put the pole into, so that you can remove it at a future date, such as if you were to move.

Q: We have the four inch sleeve already cemented outside. Do we have to have that plate and screws attached as pictures?

A: This pole is 4" square, so if the ground sleeve is built for a 4" square pole, then it should work. Sometimes it will help to use wedges to hold the pole in place within a ground sleeve.
