The Lifetime 91134 Adventure Tunnel Playset is a large earthtone residential playground for children ages 3–12. It includes two swings, a slide, three interactive climbing walls, two climbing ladders, one rope ladder, two elevated platforms, a covered clubhouse, an integrated car map, steering wheel, and a climbing tunnel connecting the platforms. The powder-coated steel and UV-protected HDPE components arrive unassembled for on-site installation.

Shipping Timeframe In-stock orders generally leave the Lifetime Products warehouse in Clearfield, Utah on the next business day, although handling may take 5–7 days during periods of high demand. Delivery timing depends on the destination, freight-carrier route, and appointment availability.

Tracking Information Tracking information is automatically emailed after the order ships. The freight carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange an appointment. If separate tracking numbers are provided, monitor each shipment.

Curbside Freight Delivery This playset ships through an LTL freight carrier because the packaged components are too large for standard UPS or FedEx parcel service. The customer may be required to be present to inspect and sign for delivery. Liftgate service is used when possible, but oversized components may require customer assistance unloading the shipment box by box.

Delivery and Inspection Inspect the complete shipment before signing. Check for punctures, crushed areas, torn cardboard, broken bands, exposed steel parts, bent frame components, cracked molded panels, frayed rope, or damage around the tunnel, slide, climbing walls, platforms, clubhouse, and swing components. Note all visible or suspected damage on the delivery receipt before the driver leaves. Before assembly, inventory the frame sections, both platforms, clubhouse and roof panels, tunnel components, slide, three climbing walls, two ladders, rope ladder, two swings, chains, steering wheel, anchors, fasteners, and hardware.

Prepare a large, level assembly area before delivery and arrange for several capable adults to move the heavy components from the curb. Confirm the 15 ft. 11 in. x 13 ft. 5 in. footprint, 10 ft. 8 in. playset height, 9 ft. 7 in. tunnel height, and recommended 29 ft. x 28 ft. 9 in. safety zone before selecting the installation location. The playset is free-standing and does not require cement, but the included anchors should be installed according to the current manual. Assembly, installation, and suitable playground surfacing remain the customer’s responsibility. Keep all cartons, wrapping, bands, and packing materials until every component has been inspected and the playset has been fully assembled.

Q: How does this anchor to the ground, and can you concrete it in?

A: The 91134 includes ground anchors that attach to the playset legs. The anchors are driven at least 12 inches into the ground according to the assembly instructions. It is designed as a freestanding playset and does not require concrete. Lifetime specifically lists it as “Free-Standing – No Need for Cement,” so I would recommend using the supplied anchoring system rather than concreting the frame into the ground.
