The Lifetime 90971 Double Adventure Tower is a large earthtone residential playset for children ages 3–12. It includes two covered towers connected by a bridge, two 9 ft. wavy slides, four climbing walls, two curved climbing ladders, four doorway openings, two storefronts, two integrated car maps, a steering wheel, and an included four-anchor kit. This model does not include swings or monkey bars. The complete unassembled playset weighs approximately 1,175 lbs.
Prepare a large, mostly level installation area before delivery and arrange for several capable adults to move the oversized boxes from the curb. The assembled playset has a footprint of approximately 17 ft. 6 in. x 14 ft. 7 in., stands about 10 ft. 9 in. high, and requires a recommended 30 ft. 8 in. x 27 ft. 8 in. safety zone. This model is free-standing and does not require cement, but the four included anchors should be installed according to the current manual. Assembly and installation are not included. Keep the pallet, crate, cartons, bands, and packing materials until every component has been inspected and the playset has been fully assembled.
