The Lifetime Guster Kayak provides the perfect combination of comfort, stability, and performance in an exceptionally versatile package. The Guster is made from High-Density Polyethylene (HDPE) with a design and size that is easy to handle on and off the water. The ST Performance Hull design provides the speed, tracking, and maneuverability for just about every water condition from large lakes and bays to slow moving rivers and creeks. This kayak model is equipped with our Ledge Lock Paddle Keeper and other great features for comfort and convenience.

Replacement Of Damaged Parts Of Kayak

I received a new Lifetime kayak this week and was surprised it was unfinished (the right thigh bumper was missing attaching screws/covers and the kayak contained a 1/2 cup of the polyethylene shavings from the part installation activity). I contacted customer service and I was immediately offered the necessary parts to complete a finished kayak.

Excellent Customer Service

After having our kayaks for a couple of years I FINALLY found the warranty info and called about the broken carry handle. The handle was broken when the kayaks were delivered but we didn't realize it until the delivery guy was gone and we were unpacking them. Happy to find that the entire kayak has a 5 year warranty!! Free replacement handle is on it's way. Thank you!

Great Customer Service

I have had my Lifetime Kayak a few years and love it! We recently lost the cover to the hatch during transport and contacted customer service to find out how to order a replacement. They responded timely were friendly and are mailing a replacement out free of charge! So happy with their customer service!

Durable, Great Kids/Entry Level Boat!

I have had 2 of these for several years now. Although they aren't an extremely efficient boat to paddle they are very durable and perfect for smaller water for kids and for people just starting out with kayaking. At this price you can't go wrong! The customer service from lifetime is also outstanding! One of my hatch covers flew off while transporting the boats. . . lifetime quickly and easily sent me a new cover at my request!

Excellent Service

I bought my 2 Lifetime Guster kayaks about a year ago from Costco. We lost one of the hatch covers in transit (no fault of design or construction of the kayak in my opinion). I contacted Lifetime and they quickly replaced the hatch cover free of charge. Amazing customer service!

Shipping Your Lifetime Guster 10 Sit-In Kayak: What to Expect

This lime green Lifetime Guster 10 sit-inside kayak ships directly from Lifetime Products in Clearfield, Utah, using scheduled curbside freight delivery.

Shipping Timeframe Orders generally leave the warehouse the next business day. Processing may take 5–7 business days during periods of higher demand, so contact customer service for the most current estimate.

Tracking Information Tracking information is automatically emailed after the order ships. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you before delivery to arrange an appointment, so provide a working daytime phone number.

LTL Curbside Delivery This 10' kayak is too large for standard UPS or FedEx parcel service and ships by LTL freight. Delivery is curbside only and does not include placement inside a garage, home, or storage area.

Unloading and Inspection The carrier will normally unload the shipment using a liftgate. Inspect the kayak and packaging before signing, and note any visible damage on the delivery receipt. Check the hull, padded seat back and seat pad, foot braces, storage hatch, shock cords, paddle keeper, flotation blocks, handles, and other included components before discarding the packaging.

Pro-Tip for Kayak Delivery:

This kayak measures approximately 120" long x 30" wide x 14" high and weighs about 47 lbs. The cockpit measures approximately 19.5" x 38". The selected configuration does not include a paddle. Arrange help before moving it from the curb and keep the original packaging until the kayak and all included components have been fully inspected.

A: The warranty and lifetime Kayak says five years. It covers manufacturing defects. The warranty process requires a copy of your receipt along with a photograph or two of the defects. Warranty claims are relatively rare, but Lifetime stands behind their products.
