This 11-foot wide storage shed from Lifetime provides the perfect space for a tool shop, outdoor gear and ATVs, or even a place to park your car. Lockable steel-reinforced doors provide added security to protect valuable items, and six shatterproof polycarbonate windows illuminate the interior with natural light. The spacious interior, heavy-duty steel-reinforced construction and low-maintenance design gives you a durable garage or workshop, and is the perfect solution to your storage needs.

*Consult local building codes before assembly. Note: This shed must be built on a flat level foundation of wood or concrete (not included). It is designed with a slight indentation in each corner of the floor so that you can drill through the flooring to secure it to the foundation. Anchoring hardware depends on the type of foundation you have and is therefore not included in the shed kit

She Shed

Over all this is a quality product. There were however a few illustrations in the assembly instructions that could have been clearer and the door latch needs improvement.

Great Shed, Great Support

Actually bought this four years ago and love it. Only problem I've had is the roller wheel for the double-folding door usually doesn't roll and ends up flat-siding the wheel. I contacted Lifetime about it and they sent me a whole new roller assembly which only took five days to get here. I've been wanting to buy a second one for the past two years but COVID and supply-chain issues had Lifetime not offering it until very recently.

I haven't started building the shed yet but my experience so far has been excellent. My shed extension arrived with 2 severely damaged pieces. I used the contact number and explained the issue. Q: What kind of Base do I need for this Construction also do I need a permit from my from my County cuz I live in New York

A: You'll need to pour a concrete slab or build a wooden base. The instruction manual shows exactly how to do that. If you do concrete you'll need it 4" thick. The base dimensions would need to be at least 123.5"x244". If you do the wooden base you'll need 2x4's and plywood. The instruction manual shows exactly how to do this as well, but if you have a concrete slab no need for a wooden base.

Q: What do I do regarding the floor- what prep is needed - do I have to put in a pad or other?

A: The manufacturer recommends placing the shed on a flat structure such as a wooden foundation made of treated 2 x 4's and OSB board that you can pick up from your local home improvement store. The instructions show just how to build it and what materials are needed. The other recommendation is a concrete slab. The concrete slab is more pricey to erect. Some customers put it on cinder blocks, pea gravel, or other flat structures. The important thing is to make sure it is flat and drains well. If it isn't flat you may run into issues with your doors closing properly. Feel free to contact us with any other questions.

Q: Can this be modified or do you have model, with the door in the front long wall instead of the end?

A: On the 11 foot sheds the doors are always on the 11 foot side. The smaller sizes that are 8 feet or 10 feet can have them either on the 8 foot or 10 foot side, but the 11 foot sheds have to have the doors on the 11 foot side.
