The 90085 Lifetime basketball hoop is a great intermediate level basketball system. This basketball goal has a 52 inch polycarbonate backboard. Polycarbonate is typically about 30 times stronger than acrylic and provides a superior rebound when compared with a plastic backboard. The backboard is surrounded with a steel frame for optimal support. The 90085 in-ground basketball system also comes with the all-new Front-Adjust, Height-Adjustment mechanism. This new device from Lifetime Products allows you to easily access the height adjuster from the front of the basketball pole instead of from behind. The Front Adjust mechanism adjusts the rim height from 7.5 feet up to 10 feet in 6 inch increments. The 90085 also provides a great deal of playing space with a spacious 22 inch overhang between the backboard and the pole.
