Quality All Around

Product was packaged very well and shipped via freight in a protective pallet crate. The cardboard boxes the set came in didn't even have a mark on them. Assembly instructions are incredibly easy to follow and hardware comes in individual organized packets with everything clearly labeled and separated. Instructions include written instructions and images...so none of that "image only" assembly instruction guessing. Put it together myself (except for calling my neighbor over for the one step where you attach monkey bars to swing A-frame) in about 3 hours. The steel is heavy duty. This is not a cheap looking or feeling product. My kids love it and it doesn't even budge with all 4 of them going wild on it.

Playset was packaged perfectly and very simple to put together. One person, took me about 2.5 hours to put together. Well made, all nuts and bolts were aligned and fit well.

Monkey bar set

Bought for my grandkids and they love it! Excellent quality, and 100% complete of hardware,etc. Took about 4 hours to put together, but well worth the time. Last set we'll have purchase. Highly recommend.

Lifetime Monkey Bar Adventure

I purchased the Lifetime Monkey Bar Adventure Swing Set for our Grandchildren, and was very impressed by the way it was crated and delivered. There was no damage or missing hardware anti was very easy to assemble. The kids love it and so do I !

Delivery Details: This product ships directly from Lifetime Products in Clearfield, UT. Delivery of this product is via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer must be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment. The carrier will unload the product by means of a lift gate. In some cases items may be too large to fit on the lift gate and may require assistance from the customer helping unload box-by-box (takes only a few minutes).
Signing for the Package: When signing for the delivery it is important to note any damage. Damage is extremely rare. We package these to travel both domestically and internationally. However, sometimes the packaging may be slightly damaged, but you may not be sure whether something inside is damaged. In such a case it is a good idea to sign for it and have the driver note it as such. You can still accept delivery. Call or email us with any questions.

A: Yes, it can be flipped, but make sure you also flip the ladder as well as the slide side has special holes for the hardware.
