A project for my son and I a few Saturdays ago. Between printed instructions and some YouTube all went well. A nice sturdy shed for lawn mower, tiller, spreader. Took about 4-5 hours to assemble.

Great Shed!

This is the 2nd Lifetime shed I've purchased and so glad I did. Again very easy to assemble all parts fit perfectly and adds character to my back yard not to mention keeps all my tools well protected and secure. The only disadvantage was the 3 free shelves that come with the shed only work on the rear side of the shed and not on the sides. I wish Lifetime would have made them so they fit either side. Regardless, I highly recommend this shed to anyone looking for a high quality attractive shed.

Fantastic!

The shed arrived in great condition in two boxes (plus a 3rd with shelving). It was packaged very well and all of the part were there. Assembly of the wooden foundation specified in the manual was easy. Assembly of the shed was easy with two people and the instructions. The only minor challenges were squaring the shed for the roof (the foundation was perfectly level, it's the corner bends that you have to pay attention to when assembling) and having enough height and access the place the roof panels (mostly a lack of two ladders and putting the shed close to a fence). The door closure is a bit tight, but it works great. The shed is solid and looks very clean. The "skylights" are a translucent (not transparent/clear) plastic, but do allow light into the shed and seem to be more durable that a clear plastic would be. Rain, sleet, snow, hail and wind and everything in perfectly dry inside. Great product so far (since assembly about three weeks ago).

Set Up Garden & Spa Equipment

I have been using this SHED for almost a year now. It has proven to be just what I needed for my backyard storage. I have a travel trailer, SPA, and Garden so it's perfect for storing all the associated chemicals and equipment, including a ladder, step stool and hoses. I put it together with the help of my 13 year old grandson and it took about 5 hours. I will say if you read the directions closely and don't try any shortcuts, it goes together quite nice. I placed it on a level platform of pavers, and anchored it with lag bolts. The operation of opening the door does kind of depend on the time of day and temperature, sometimes it opens without restriction and other time it takes a little effort. Overall I am very satisfied with my purchase

Q: What is the difference between lifetime model 60392 and model 6418? Is one better than the other?

A: The 6418 was redesigned for ease of shipping, so the packaging is different, there isn't a significant difference between the 2 otherwise.
