Everything about the product fulfillment and documentation was excellent. We are particularly pleased (surprised?) at the high quality components. Even for experienced builders the assembly took some effort. Do not expect this to be a one person job.

Lifetime 8 Ft. X 12.5 Ft. Outdoor Storage Shed

Great shed. Loved how easy it went together. Pretty much put the entire shed together by myself maybe 8-10 hours total but I was in no hurry. The Bilt App was fantastic! Made the assembly simple and easy to understand I would highly recommend using it. Didn't really use the written instructions at all mainly just looked at the parts list from time to time to make sure I was using the correct pieces. Most of the early steps (trusses doors gable ends wall panels) I was able to pre-assemble in my garage where I had good lighting all my tools and a work platform. Once it came time to assemble the floor and snap in the wall panels I moved everything out to it's permanent location. My only mistake was standing the wall panels but not installing the roof right away. The walls kind of leaned a bit making the roof a little harder to assemble but eventually I was able to get it on. Right now the doors don't quite close correctly but I still need to shim them. My only complaint is the dimensions. I didn't read the fine print but the dimensions of the shed are about 6 smaller in length and width than the advertised size. , 10/18/2022, 5 William, Great Product And Great Customer Service. , Had some issues with the roof cap on my shed but customer service is always willing to give tips and advice and replace damaged pieces. 8’X12.5’ Shed

I have been looking for a shed this size and was happy to find this one. I have had a smaller one for 11 years and have been pleased with it. I’m sure this one will be the same. I needed one piece that was missing( I bought this second hand) and spoke with Sara in customer service. She was above and beyond helpful. Thanks Sara!

Great Shed - Perfect Size!

Very pleased with my purchase. I really like the size of 8x12. 5. I am use half for storage and the other half for lawn equipment. I built most of it by myself. It was pretty easy to build. My kids assisted me with the roof and sorting all the pieces. It did take me a weekend to complete but that is just because I was also watching football games. The only issue I had was aligning the roof panels. I started from the front like the directions stated. However when I got to the last panel I could not get to line-up. I just removed the two of previous panels. Then I just aligned the last panel and then the other two fit back right into place. It was built on a wooden platform foundation.

Delivery Details: Delivery for this shed is via an ltl carrier for a curbside delivery. The customer must be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment. The carrier will unload the product by means of a lift gate. In some cases items may be too large to fit on the lift gate and may require assistance from the customer helping unload box-by-box (takes only a few minutes). The delivery address must be accessible for the truck to deliver the order. If the driver cannot get to the delivery address, the customer can either meet the driver where the truck and reach, or the customer can make arrangements to go to the delivery terminal to pick up the shipment from the carrier.rbside delivery. The road to the delivery address must be accessible by a semi truck. A signature is required. The carrier will contact the customer to set up an appointment before delivery. The customer can also contact the carrier to schedule the appointment once the shipment arrives at the carrier's delivery terminal in their area. In most cases, the carrier will have a liftgate on the truck that will lower down the shipment to the ground. In some cases, the customer may need to help the driver unload the shipment 1 box at a time off the truck (typically takes about 5 minutes). From there, the customer moves the product where the customer wants it on the property.

If you do hire out assembly, we recommend the free app called Thumbtack. You can also go to www.thumbtack .com. They ask you what you're looking for and then send you a few bids from local installers/handymen. Another great way to find a local handyman is through your local Facebook Classifieds page.

A: I'm sorry, but these cannot be painted as the paint will eventually simply flake off as this is polyethylene.
