Q: dimensions of holed that attached to backboard

Asked by: Sev - 7/19/2026

A: The mounting bolt pattern for the Lifetime 5000 Slam-It Pro Rim is approximately 3.5 in. wide x 2.5 in. high center-to-center. Lifetime notes that this rim is not compatible with all Lifetime backboards, so the customer should compare that spacing to their current backboard before ordering.

Asked by: Admin - 8/12/2015 12:15:11 AM

Excellent product for the money

I had to replace a pro 5000 rim that was about 10 years old. It had seen a lot of wear. I found the replacement rim easy to install ... Id recommend this to others.
