It is Winter here in NE., so I will not be able to give a product review until Spring. But I can tell you that this company has been great to work with. They do a great job of communicating with their customers. I am familiar with the brand of shed though and do not anticipate any issues when I get ready to put it up.

Shed

Delivered on time and in good condition. Online video instructions were extremely helpful. Was able to put together over the weekend with two people and basic tools. Installation was smooth for the most part. Very happy with the final product.

Great shed

I had the shed assembled and the people who did it said the instructions were confusing at certain points. They referred to the you tube video for help. The shed is very sturdy and roomy. It’s exactly what I needed!

Excellent product

We researched small plastic type sheds for our backyard and found the Lifetime brand through Competitiveedgeproducts. They matched the price of another company and got the shipment to us without damage. It took a while to put together, but I took my time and enjoyed the process. It went up mostly with just me and a few times my wife helped push the corner pieces together so the screw holes would like up. But it was mostly a one man assembly. I did notice that it's best to screw into the plastic only once because removing and replacing the screw seems to weaken the connection point of the screw threads in the plastic. But all in all, that was a minor point. I look forward to seeing how it holds up with a good hard and cold winter.

Great Shed!

Have had this shed in our backyard for over 2 years. We keep garden tools and supplies, and our lawn mower in it. It has handled all our use and all the weather very well. We included the roof kit in our original order and it handled over 100 inches of snow last winter without a problem. Am very pleased with this product

Excellent Shed

Yesterday I put the shed together myself in about 10 hours. It would have been easier to have an extra pair of hands to help but as a previous reviewer mentioned, it can be done by one person, with patience and tenacity! I'm very impressed by the quality of the materials, as well as the engineering and design of the shed itself. I believe this shed should last a good long time. The only negative I can share relates to the graphics/sketches in the directions. At times, they were too small or unclear, making it difficult to identify some of the many, many parts, especially at the beginning. But, overall, the directions were clearly written and accurate. In the end, I believe you can't miss with this shed

A: Below the main picture there are some smaller thumbnail pictures. Please scroll through those until you see the photo where there is an actual white piece of paper taped to the shed so you can kind of see the true colors. The walls are desert tan. The roof and doors are brown.

A: The window cannot be placed on the back wall though since there is a shelf that goes there - and the shelf is recommended to use as it's considered part of the support structure from the interior providing it extra stability. Feel free to contact us with any other questions.

A: Yes, you can purchase shelves separately. But, they can't be customized I'm sorry to say. They generally come in a 30" depth like 0130.

Q: If I wanted to paint it a different color, would paint adhere?

A: Officially, you cannot paint a lifetime brand storage shed. The paints will eventually flake off since it is a polyethylene plastic. Polyethylene is a very very good plastic for outdoor storage sheds as it is soft and allows for expanding and contracting in the elements. Then expanding and contracting can be problematic if you paint this. Having said that sometimes customers do paint them in the use of paint they purchase from a local hardware store that is designed specifically for plastic. It is definitely not something we recommend.

Q: Where can I see this shed in the Greenville SC area? My homeowners association is very picky. Color must match my siding as much as possible. You've used the terms "putty" & "desert tan" in your answers to questions about the color. That could be a very wide range of colors.

A: Very true and very good point. We don't have any local stores-we are online only. Besides Utah we don't have any place where you can see when in person. However, if you see any lifetime shed-as long as it is a lifetime brand-they are all the same color.

A: Garden Sheds are putty colored with darker brown trims. We do offer home delivery and there is a lot of assembly but many people assemble them just fine. Time to assemble depends on your experience and so forth.

A: the closest model would be model 6405 which is 8 feet wide by 10 feet deep. If you're looking for something that is 10 feet wide and 8 feet deep then I would consider model 60005.

A: No. The delivery is curbside. The driver is contracted to bring the package to your address only. Pleas make sure you have sufficient help available to move the packages when delivered. Most packages can be handled by two people, depending on size.

Q: Do I need to pull the boxes off the truck?

A: Most of the delivery trucking companies we use for this shed will have machines on the back of their trucks, called lift gates, which will lower the boxes to the ground for you. However, in rare instances, the freight truck will not have that machine handy. In those cases, the boxes will need to be pulled off one at a time. Please make sure you plan your appointment accordingly so you sufficient help.

A: This shed is one of the more compact sizes from Lifetime. It does have enough depth in the floor plan to store most pushing lawnmowers or other similarly sized pieces of yard equipment. The included shelves provide space to store smaller yard products.
