Everything I needed right there in the kit. Instructions were complete and in a practical order. I wanted different doors and John was incredibly helpful. Appreciate all the help and support.If you know you want a lot of windows, go ahead and order them with the kit. The price is better than a box store.

Here's what to expect once your selected Best Barns Maker’s Loft size and configuration ships directly from Greenville, Pennsylvania.

Shipping Timeframe Maker’s Loft kits are built to order and generally leave the warehouse within 3–5 business days. Processing may take longer during peak season.

Tracking Information Tracking information is emailed after the order ships. The freight carrier will contact you before delivery to arrange a delivery appointment.

LTL Freight Delivery This oversized wood garage kit ships by curbside LTL freight because it is too large for standard UPS or FedEx parcel service. The number and size of pallets or bundles may vary with the selected building size, loft style, windows, doors, flooring, roofing, and other add-ons. An adult must be present to accept and sign for the shipment.

Delivery Appointment and Inspection Delivery is made to an accessible curbside location. Inspect every pallet, bundle, carton, door, window, and visible building component before signing. Note any torn wrapping, crushed materials, broken lumber, missing pieces, or other visible damage on the delivery receipt, even if you accept the shipment.

Pro-Tip for Wood Garage Kit Delivery:

Prepare a level, truck-accessible unloading area and arrange capable helpers or suitable equipment to move the materials after delivery. Maker’s Loft kits are available in Standard 12' wide and XL 16' wide configurations with different loft layouts and garage-door openings. Garage doors, man doors, windows, flooring, shingles, and roof packages vary by selection and may need to be purchased separately. Review your order confirmation carefully, plan for on-site assembly, and confirm local foundation, permit, zoning, and HOA requirements before delivery.
