Planner’s Paradise kits are available in 12' x 16', 12' x 20', and 12' x 24' sizes with either centered sliding doors or centered transom doors. Each configuration includes an 8' wide full-length loft with 4'3" maximum height, 8'1" sidewalls, solid 2x4 framing, and primed LP SmartSide siding. Flooring, roof packages, windows, and walk-in doors vary by selection.
