Solid product

Very impressive sturdy ball and rope. Product handle is a separate piece and needs some instruction to attach to rope ball.

New Twist on an old exercise

I teach a functional strength class and I bought this ball to change things up a little on some abdominal. I did not know what size I should get so I order a 4 lb. ball. Even 4 lbs. is still managing to kick some butt in the class. I have also found that there is a timing issue with getting the ball to do what you want but once you get the hang of it it takes an old exercise like the Russian Twist and makes it hard again.

Not Happy

When I ordered this product. I never received a tracking number, I had to call the company for the tracking number and the item took more than one week to arrive. . . I am not happy with the service and I canceled my order. I will not order from here again.
