Arrange for at least two capable adults to receive, move, and assemble this system. No concrete or permanent anchor installation is required, but the base must be filled after assembly with up to 200 lbs. of sand or gravel, plus up to 19 gallons of water in the removable lid. Assemble the hoop near its intended location, leave the base empty while positioning it, and retain all cartons until the system has been fully inspected and assembled.
