Wonderful product

We knew we wanted to invest in a swing set/play set that would last for years in the Arizona climate. This product does not disappoint. It is community park quality and so easy to install. It took 2 hours and there were no hiccups. Our granddaughter already loves it and is only 2. We anticipate many years of fun with this wonderful set up.

Delivery Details: This product ships directly from Lifetime Products in Clearfield, UT. Delivery of this product is via a curbside delivery through an LTL carrier (too big for UPS and FedEx). The customer may be required to be present to sign for the order. The freight carrier is instructed to contact you prior to delivery to set up a delivery appointment. The carrier will unload the product by means of a lift gate. In some cases items may be too large to fit on the lift gate and may require assistance from the customer helping unload box-by-box (takes only a few minutes).

Q: Can this be broken down into 4 boxes for delivery?

A: It cannot. It has to be delivered in a crate on a semi-truck. They do unload it for you to your driveway. They don't bring it around back though. The boxes can be opened to carry the poles to the backyard piece by piece.

A: These have a 5 Year Manufacturer's Warranty through Lifetime Products. If the item is well maintained it should last much longer. The manufacturer gives instructions in the manual for maintenance to help the set last as long as possible. Lifetime also has parts available if anything needs to be replaced.

A: I've had mine for about 12 years and I did replace the belt swings as they were starting to fade from the Utah sun, but they still functioned perfectly, it was purely aesthetic. It's gotten years and years of use with many kids including neighborhood kids. My wife and I would occasionally swing as well.

Q: How thick are the two parallel horizontal pipes that the monkey bars are attached to? If I get this set, I would like to get some swing hangers (found some for 2-3/8" pipe) and add some ninja accessories to those pipes. Would that be possible?

Q: Can the swings be removed or moved up higher on the chains to accommodate an older/ longer legged child? And with 3 kids swinging on it with no anchor support required as you say, would the swing turn over?? And is there an additional green vinyl tent that goes with it to put over one section for shade play?

Q: Is it possible to set up so that the monkey bars and slide are on the other side of the set? In all the views the monkey bars and slide are on the right side when you are facing the set but I’d like to be able to set up so they are on the left. Is that possible?

Q: Hi, What’s is the difference between this set 91028 and the 90143 set?

A: They are basically the same with a few minor differences. The newer model has better packaging and is easier to unload from the semi. It has a 2-piece slide vs 1-piece, and it has plastic coated chains versus the plastic handles. It is designed to outlast the older plastic handles in longevity. Here's a comparison chart:

A: These are designed to meet or exceed ASTM standards without anchors. Some places such as daycares or schools are required to have anchors, but otherwise it is just personal preference. 2 are included, but you could use up to 6.
