The sturdy clamp-on rail system and steel tube frame help create a stable structure that is fast to set up and easy to remove when needed. Fitment Note: Model 7211 is designed for compatible mid-size pickup trucks with approximately 5- to 6-foot beds measured with the tailgate closed. Clear access to the truck's bed rails is required for the clamp-on mounting system. Tonneau-cover rails, toolboxes, side-storage boxes, step-side beds, and other bed-rail obstructions may prevent proper installation. Some Toyota Tacoma models may require special clamps.

Can I use this truck tent with a tonneau cover? No—the tent cannot be installed with a tonneau cover in place. The tonneau side rail sits where the Kodiak clamp-on rail needs to rest flat on the truck bed cap, which can leave the tent rail crooked. The standard 2-inch C-clamps may also lack enough throat depth to reach around the tonneau rail, tent rail, and bed flange. Remove the tonneau cover before installation. Kodiak truck tents require clear, unobstructed bed rails; please contact us before ordering if your truck has a non-standard bed-rail setup.
