What is the Kodiak Canvas warranty? Kodiak Canvas publishes a Limited Lifetime Warranty for the original purchaser. It covers defects in materials and workmanship for as long as the purchaser owns the product, subject to the exclusions and service instructions below.
The warranty is important, but it is not a promise that a tent or accessory is indestructible or immune to normal aging. Keeping canvas dry before storage, avoiding prolonged exposure to damaging conditions, and following the product's care instructions can help you protect your investment. If you believe a product has a defect, document the issue and contact Kodiak Canvas before sending anything back.
What Does the Kodiak Canvas Limited Lifetime Warranty Cover?
In plain language, the warranty is focused on defects in materials and workmanship. It does not automatically cover damage caused by use, storage, weather, animals, mold, mildew, burns, ultraviolet exposure, or modifications. The full warranty language is reproduced below for reference.

Truer words were never spoken. I have my Kodiak Deluxe with me which is still kicking since as long as I can remember, without giving any problems whatsoever. You rightly indicated, that it will run for ages only if we take necessary precautions, as with any other thing. Real bang for your buck tents.

Wow, this is pretty good! I have had bad luck with tents not lasting, but I am glad to know that this is not the case with your tents. Awesome!
